UIIC Exam study plan and topics to prepare

As you know, the UIIC has released notifications for the recruitment of AO/Assistants yearly, here I am sharing important topics to prepare and my preparation strategy which helped me to get into UIIC. This post is dedicated to all Aspirants who want to appear for it. Less time, work  hard for it:)

  • Computer : Read all BASIC Stuff (Input / Output Devices, All Short-Keys of MS Office and Common Stuff which is available on net) 
  • for General Knowledge : You should have the basic knowledge on Last 6 Month's Current Affairs. If it is not possible, then better go for Last 3 Month's Current Affairs (Compulsory click here to get recent updates).  
    • Apart from these you should get good knowledge on the topics like, 
      • Countries and Currencies, 
      • Countries and Capitals
      • Important Days
      • Headquarters, 
      • Geography related factual questions (Hydro Electric Power, Bird Sanctuaries and Rivers etc) 
      • Basics of Insurance (Insurance related stuff like "Who regulate Insurance Sector" etc) and 
      • Sport Related questions

  • English : English will be of Normal Level (Max 12th Class) 
    • If u are good at English, then no need to prepare for it and if not, then also no need to be tensed....  you should only learn about basic English grammar rules.
    • 10- reading comprehension
    • 5- sentence rearrangement
    • 5 -10 sentence omission, correction
    • 10 - cloze test

I followed this strategy & my attempts were 177 (with 95% accuracy)
